Loop is a very small club with a capacity well under 200, however it commands a lot of respect in the music scene and has been host to artists such as the Basement Jaxx and Little Louie Vega. The club is not well know with foreigners but it is currently doing great with the 20-25yo Japanese crowd. Luckily for visitors the bartenders (that we know of) speak some English. Club Gaspanic in Shibuya, Tokyo is the outlier in a group of four establishments. The Shibuya brance of GasPanic is noteably smaller than the Roppongi branch and features only one dance floor and bar instead of two.

Club Air – Shibuya

Air (エア‘)or Frames (フレイムス) is a club located in Shibuya. It’s not very well known and fairly compact, it is however a great place to go and dance. There are bars on both floors with viewing to the lower dance floor. No ‘a list’ Dj’s but a constant supply of fresh talent playing music which gets the crowd going. Generally not overcrowded and not many foreigners.
